We will present our innovative robot vision platform, the rc_visard NG, in a kitting application with an LBR iisy by KUKA and our rc_reason CADMatch module. This cutting-edge platform offers robot integrators and end users new ways to leverage machine vision in robotic pick-and-place projects.

Traditional machine vision is often based on closed systems, making it difficult (if not impossible) to integrate individual extensions. With the introduction of the UserSpace feature directly on the rc_visard NG, we have resolved this paradigm.
The UserSpace enables a seamless integration of individual software components via Docker containers directly on the sensor hardware. This open system enables an efficient combination of product-specific vision applications with project-specific extensions, without the need for additional hardware.
The rc_visard NG vision platform, coupled with the AppliedAI software suite rc_reason, is ideally suited for solving complex perception-based tasks in intralogistics.
