At ‘all about automation’ 2025 in Friedrichshafen (Germany) from February 25-26, visitors will have the opportunity to experience the advances AI-based machine vision solutions can bring to industrial automation.
Together with our partner and co-exhibitor MRK Systeme GmbH, we will show a live demo of a Universal Robots UR 5 autonomously picking metal tubes from a chaotic bin, inserting them into a bending machine and removing them again after the bending process.
Our applications range from Automated machine tending without complex feeding systems to(de-)palletizing and flexible picking solutions for assembling individual product orders or kits – robust and optimized w.r.t. cycle time.
Thanks to their intuitive operation, our systems are easy to use, even without prior experience in image processing. A dedicated support and advanced data acquisition and simulation tools, available remotely and at short notice, make commissioning quick and easy.
