Have a look (click): automatica sprint and munich_i – with a live session on June 23:
This year’s automatica – a digital edition – takes place on June 22 to 24 – and Roboception is of course involved with a digital presence at both the automatica sprint digital exhibition and the accompanying premiere of munich_i.
The munich_i platform on robotics and artificial intelligence, newly launched by automatica and the Munich School of Robotics and Machine Intelligence (MSRM) at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), is unique worldwide and addresses economically and socially pressing questions under the motto intelligence empowering tomorrow.
Our 2021 automatica highlight is the rc_reason CADMatch Module: Enable your robotic system to reliably detect, localize and pick objects from unmixed load carriers, fully independent of the object‘s position and orientation: Simply feed a CAD-based template into the rc_reason CADMatch Module, define one (or several) grasp point(s) on your object with just a few mouse clicks, and easily deliver task-relevant information for your robotic application.
Do not miss our munich_i company session on Wednesday, June 23, at 4 pm for a live demo of the rc_reason CADMatch module!
You’d like to browse through automatica sprint? Contact us for a digital ticket code (free).
For your personal demo of the CADMatch Module, please book your individual time slot online or get in touch with our representatives at automatica sprint.
We are looking forward to getting connected with you at automatica sprint.
This year’s HANNOVER MESSE – a digital edition – takes place on April 12 to 16 – and Roboception is of course involved with a digital presence.

Roboception participated in the first webExpo for Flexible Industrial Robots in early May – an exciting event with ~400 guests who used the opportunity to ‘virtually’ visit our partners and us.
You’ve missed it?
Not a problem: Watch a video of CEO Dr. Michael Suppa’s introduction (~10 minutes) and contact us in order to schedule your very own live demo directly from our lab.
At this year’s Hannover Fair, Roboception is part of the Application Park in Hall 17. The open design of the park, without any dividing walls, makes the joint booth a real crowd-puller. Get convinced by mobile robots and autonomous systems and don’t miss stopping by our booth: Hall 17, E42/18).
Enjoy a live pick-and-place application, see how RandomDot Projector optimizes even difficult scenes, pick up an apple – and try our rc_visard hands-on yourself.
You will also find our rc_visard “live in action” on the booths of our partners Schunk (Hall 17, B40), where the rc_visard works coupled with a mechanical gripper in a bin-picking demo, and Ruhrbotics (Hall 16, A10), where you will see that our products link up flawlessly with a UR as well.
Get in touch to pre-arrange your meeting with us, and we will gladly provide you a complimentary e-ticket. Our team looks forward to welcoming you at one of our demos.
November 16-25 is European Robotics Week – and this year’s Central Event is taking place in Augsburg.
Roboception is not only a proud silver sponsor of this event, we will also be taking part in the exhibition “From the Romans to Robotics” in Augsburg’s Zeughaus (Toskanische Säulenhalle), open to the public on November 16 (10.00-18.00), 17 (10.00-17.00) and 18 (10.00-16.00).
At this exhibition, we will be showing our “apple pick” demo, featuring some of our latest innovations. We look forward to seeing you there!
The infamous 100 days have passed since the robotic community gathered in Munich for this year’s Automatica – and at Roboception, we still continue to receive positive feedback for our presence.
On our booth, we demonstrated our rc_visard sensors and rc_reason software in a variety of demos: a pick-from-shelf/ pick-from-bin scenario using an industrial robot, a demo relying on the automatic detection of grasp points and QRcodes for picking up apples and placing them in a tray, as well as a set-up showing how even the most difficult items can reliably be recognized by the rc_visard when used in combination with a pattern projector.
Have you missed it (or would you like another look)? Let our CEO Dr. Michael Suppa summarize for you:
Roboception is exhibiting at this year’s Automatica in Munich on booth B4.428.
Visitors have the opportunity to meet our team and see a showcase of our rc_visard sensors in a pick-from-shelf demo, a fruit-handling application and in an innovative perception solution combining our rc_visard with a projector. Of course, there’s also the chance to test rc_visard hands-on.
Plan your visit to Automatica today, and do not miss us at booth B4.428.
One year after the successful product launch of the rc_visard at Hannovermesse 2017, Roboception is back at the event (April 23-27):
This time, we are present on the booth of our partner KUKA, who is showing a very impressive demonstration of the new collaborative robot LBR iisy in a bin-picking application – of course “powered by Roboception”, for our rc_visard is a key element of it!
Stop by at booth G17 in Hall 17 to have a look and a chat – or contact us to arrange a dedicated appointment with our team on site.
Roboception introduces the world’s first rc_visard and its applications from April 24th until April 28th, 2017 at Hannovermesse.
We are looking forward to your visit at our booth G23 in hall 17.
Roboception will showcase its latest developments and innovations for 3D perception from June 21st until June 24tht on this year’s AUTOMATICA in Munich. You will find us in hall B4 / booth #513. If you need a visitor’s ticket or want to make an appointment, please feel free to contact us by telephone or by email. We are looking forward to your visit.
