Your vote counts, when trade magazine MM MaschinenMarkt determines the winner of the “Best of Industry Award”!
MM awards this prize for the third time and this year, for the first time, it will also be awarded in the “start-up” category – reflecting the fact that today’s founders are a driving force behind the digital revolution and are at the cutting edge when it comes to testing new technologies and business models.
Roboception is one of four start-ups nominated for this prize, readers of MM and other interested individuals can vote online in the coming weeks in order to determine the winner – and at Roboception, we would of course be very happy if you gave us your vote.
TGW Logistics Group has developed a revolutionary fully automatic split case picking system – and our rc_visard is an essential element of it.
Our Austrian customer celebrated the World premiere of its intelligent, self-learning and extremely flexible innovation “Rovolution” at last week’s LogiMat 2018 exhibition in Stuttgart.
TGW relies on Roboception’s rc_visard for the object recognition in this new application.
We congratulate TGW on this breakthrough innovation and are proud to be part of the “Rovolution”.
The euRobotics Association recognizes Roboception’s rc_visard as an outstanding example of technology transfer between research and industry: Roboception and the DLR’s Institute of Robotics and Mechatronics receive this year’s euRobotics Technology Transfer Award at the European Robotics Forum in Tampere, Finland.
We are extremely proud to announce that the world-renowned design prize iF DESIGN AWARD has been awarded to our rc_visard!
From the very beginning, it has been one of our goals to not only optimize our sensors in terms of functionality, but to make them visually attractive as well. In the end, they are typically mounted to our customer’s robots in very prominent positions.
And obviously, the rc_visard’s combination of functionality and design convinced the iF DESIGN AWARD’s 63-member jury, made up of independent experts from all over the world.
Together with industrial designer Tilo Wuesthoff, with whom we collaborated on this project, Roboception’s CEO Michael Suppa picked up the award at the award ceremony in Munich’s BMW Welt on March 9th, 2018.
